The Experience Desk is a concierge-grade platform designed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

03. Booking Terms

All bookings made through The Experience Desk are subject to availability and the specific terms of the individual Experience Provider. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payments are processed securely via our designated payment gateways. Pricing is inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

04. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific experience booked:

Standard Policy

Full refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the experience.

Premium Experiences

Non-refundable deposit may apply.

Force Majeure: In cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a full credit.

05. Limitation of Liability

The Experience Desk acts as an intermediary between you and high-end experience providers. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during an experience, except where mandated by law.

We strongly recommend all travelers maintain comprehensive travel insurance throughout their journey.

06. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Experience Desk or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

07. Governing Law
